Efter begäran om förlängd företagsrekonstruktion meddelar Kristianstads Tingsrätt att Cefour Wine & Beverage Partihandel AB (Publ) begäran bifalles.
Cefour Wine & Beverage Partihandel AB (Publ) är sedan tidigare under företagsrekonstruktion. Bolaget har ansökt om förlängning av rekonstruktionsperioden i ytterligare tre månader i syfte att färdigställa rekonstruktionsprocessen. Ansökan har bifallits av Kristianstads Tingsrätt, enligt beslut 2015-05-08, vilket kommit bolaget till del 2015-05-12.
