Mats Jämterud

Chairman of the Board 2015 to current

Mats is an entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience in concept development, sales and strategic marketing both in Sweden and
internationally for brands such as ABSOLUT, Disney, Electrolux and Ericsson. He is the former owner and CEO of three major communications agencies as well as one of the founders of the property company Arlandastad Holding. Today Mats runs his own consultancy within strategic marketing and events.”

Carl Caap

Board Member 2021 to current

Carl has worked as CFO for 14 years, of which the last 9.5 years he spent at major fashion firm Tiger of Sweden. Carl began his career in the asset management industry where he advised listed companies on issues related to Investor Relations. He then transitioned to more business-related finance roles which cover the past twenty years of his experience. Carl has an MSc. in International Economics from the School of Economics and Business in Gothenburg.

Leif Liljebrunn

Board Member 2022 to current

Leif is a trained economist from Lund University and has more than 30 years of experience as CEO or deputy CEO in both listed and privately owned companies. As Managing Director, he has started a number of companies, capitalized them and positioned the businesses, creating profitable growth. Above all, he has worked in the tech and software industry, but also in the service sector, the manufacturing industry and retail. He has been Vice President at Visma Software in Sweden and worked for 10 years as CEO at Small Cap-listed ZetaDisplay AB (publ) .

Johan Sjökvist

Board Member 2015 to current

Johan is a consultant in marketing and media with over twenty years of experience in advertising, media and branding. He currently runs the advertising agency Spin The Bottle AB and is a board member of a number of privately owned companies in addition to Umida. Johan has previously been CEO of media agency Starco9 in Sweden, Strategy Manager at advertising agency Lowe Brindfors and Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co.
